Stephanie Gordon
Head of Global Transformation, Services, WAYFAIR
Stephanie leads Global Transformation for Wayfair in the Services org, including the Channel Strategy, BPM, Continuous Improvement and Contact Reduction teams. Other roles she held in Wayfair include Global Project Management and EU Partner Operations. Prior to Wayfair, Stephanie’s career was built in cross-border ecommerce with China, she set-up and led the China and SE Asia ecommerce department for a leading beauty retailer in Poland. Stephanie holds a PhD in Politics and International Relations from the University of Leicester.
